Compared to the previous year (2022) with a revenue of 11 million euros, which was already significant, the company was able to close this year with a much higher turnover. With an increase of 2.8 million euros, the total revenue reached 13.8 million euros, thanks to new innovative developments and increased productivity.
The company underwent several changes throughout the year, including personal changes affecting both upper and middle management. A minor restructuring took place, contributing to the increased efficiency of production.
Dr. József Hamza, the COO, stated the following at the year-end event:
It has been a challenging year for the company with changes and visible progress, but we expect truly significant results from the next year. We would like to highlight our colleagues working in production, thanking them for their year-round hard work. It has been an intense working period, especially in the last months, but we have successfully overcome it, and thanks to that, we can boast substantial achievements.
Without the dedication of our employees, this success would not have been possible. Therefore, we express our gratitude not only with a year-end bonus but also by starting the next year with higher wages. This clearly demonstrates that hard work always pays off!
The company will commence the next year on January 2, 2024.
