The Bolyai Elementary School’s 590 students says grateful thanks to all employees of the Felföldi Confectionary Ltd.

Candy maker of Debrecen wrote a symphony!

A special event was held on Friday night at the Bartók Hall in Debrecen. The main attraction wasn’t the Kodály Philharmonic Orchestra’s rehearsal, not even the lot of microphones or cables caught an eye. It was more so a grey-haired man, who was listening the musicians with a touched face and at times he had tears in his eyes.

Joseph Felfoldi is a successful businessman, thanks to his crazy and innovative sweet-ideas. When (back in the 90’s) Joseph Felfoldi bought some copper cauldrons from his tragically deceased friend’s confectionery factory, he had no idea what to do exactly with them.
